We’re proud to support the new Beach Green Dunes III development with the installation of a BlauAir BL01 CFP1200 S31 heat recovery ventilation unit. This all-electric, Passive House–focused project features 146 apartments and is built to meet the highest standards of sustainability and resiliency.
Why the CFP1200? Because it delivers high-performance balanced ventilation in a compact, ceiling-mounted design – ideal for multi-family buildings aiming to reduce energy consumption while improving indoor comfort.
