It will also serve as a hub for managing vehicles, storing tools, and keeping Boischatel running smoothly.
To keep this space healthy and safe, we’ve installed three powerful BlauAir units on the rooftop:

- BlauAir BL09 R/SE/P/O-HE
- BlauAir BL04 R/SE/R/O
Together, they deliver an impressive 10,750 cfm of airflow. Two of them even use advanced enthalpy rotary heat exchangers, which don’t just recover heat but also keep some humidity in balance – a big win during Canada’s freezing winters. Add to that electric heaters for preheating and reheating, and you’ve got comfort covered, no matter how cold it gets outside.
The best part? These systems run on smart controls that adjust automatically, meaning the town can focus on the work that matters most – serving the community – while we take care of the air.
