A major energy retrofit has been successfully completed at The Pendrellis, a multi-residential building in downtown Vancouver. The project was carried out under the Fortis BC Deep Retrofit Pilot Program, designed to help multifamily buildings achieve substantial energy savings, improve resilience, and lower greenhouse gas emissions – all while enhancing the comfort and quality of urban living spaces.
As part of this initiative, Blauberg North America supplied and commissioned 178 single-room energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) – the VENTO Expert A50-1 W V.2 – to provide efficient, quiet, and smart ventilation for every apartment.
