Blauberg BlauAir: Energy-Efficient Ventilation for an Industrial and Logistics Center in Canada

The installation of a modern ventilation system has been completed for Building 5 of the iLot Industriel Charny industrial and logistics complex in Lévis, Québec. The project features four rooftop modular air handling units Blauberg BlauAir BLF12 – designed to provide reliable ventilation, energy-efficient heat recovery, and year-round indoor comfort for manufacturing and warehouse operations.

iLot Industriel Charny is a newly developed multi-purpose industrial complex built to support manufacturers, distribution centers, and logistics businesses. Facilities of this type require dependable fresh air supply, efficient removal of heat and airborne contaminants, and reduced operating costs during Canada’s long heating season.

To meet these demands, the project was equipped with Blauberg BlauAir BLF12 rooftop air handling units featuring high-efficiency heat recovery, EC fan technology, advanced filtration, and integrated heating and cooling capabilities. The system continuously delivers filtered outdoor air while extracting stale indoor air and recovering heat energy from the exhaust stream, helping reduce overall heating energy consumption and improve indoor air quality.
