The concept of the office is environmental friendliness, energy efficiency and mobility. The project uses recyclable materials, the building itself can be disassembled and moved to a new location with an area of 150 m².

The building's energy efficiency is ensured by the using of Vento Expert decentralised ventilation system with heat recovery.
